For over 50 years Wayside Christian School has been able to provide a community of learning for both the academic and spiritual development of each young person.

At WCS, we are committed to providing our students with high-quality academics that stimulate learning and push them to think critically. We strive to ensure that our students have meaningful experiences that provide them with the skills and knowledge to be successful in the future.
Our academic curriculum is founded upon the principles and values of Scripture, recognizing it as the ultimate source of truth. We use the teachings and doctrines of Scripture to help form our students’ values, beliefs, and understanding of the world.
We strongly encourage all our students to reach their fullest potential by exposing themselves to a wide range of disciplines, including speech, drama, music, technology, and athletics. Doing so will enable them to develop diverse skills and enrich their learning experience.
We aim to identify and cultivate each student’s unique gifts, allowing them to flourish and fulfill the plan that God has for their lives.

💙🎉Ribbon Cutting & Open House is TONIGHT!!🎉💙 Are you coming?? This night is all about THANKING YOU! All of our generous donors, our local & even far away supporters, all of you WARRIOR fam that made this building expansion possible!! God has used you all in a HUGE way to carry on the Christian education tradition here at Wayside. It’s been exciting to watch it all come together & now we get to celebrate completion!
Here’s the plan for the night🔽
⏺️ Multipurpose room – Guessing Games and Scavenger Hunt START! Mrs. Scott has lots of fun planned for you kids!! 💙🎉
⏺️ Commons area – 💙Spirit Store 💙, BANNER guest book (when you sign the banner, you receive your ticket to win AWESOME door prizes!) & Photo Booth (snap a picture with your friends & maybe a knight!)
⏺️ Gym – 🏰BOUNCE HOUSE🏰, balloon art & seating area for eating (in case you want to keep an eye on your children😉).
⏺️ FLC – Food pick up and meal seating area. Art Display. Plus see the smiling faces of the lovely ladies responsible for the delicious meal! 🦃👏🏻👏🏻
* Y’all Mrs. Scott made one of her famous cheesecakes & it is available as the GRAND PRIZE giveaway at the end. 🤩 Mocha Espresso with Beca espresso, of course! And topped with Ole Dogs chocolate covered espresso beans!
